Social InnovateHER is a leadership education program for young women and girls. Our goal is to help provide young women with a framework to show up for themselves and then show up to create meaningful change in the world.
The curriculum is broken into four sections that are focused on the power of showing up for ourselves, first, then building leadership skills to not only lead, but create the kind of change we want to see int he world. Each section has several lessons that are a combination of self-reflection, trivia and group activities. Students will leave the Social InnovateHER program with a clear sense of how they show up in the world as their full selves with a set of tools to navigate leadership and social change.

The Motley Crew is a group of twenty-something-year-old gal pals on a mission to live their best lives. The Your Life Your Power with the Motley Crew is a set of lessons focused on affirming young women; helping to build their confidence; and show up as the best version of themselves as they journey through life.
The Moxie Bops Esq. is a law firm in Sasstopia that is made up of three women. The Power of Representing Many Voices with the Moxie Bops, Esq. is a let of lessons focused on teaching different ways that young people can foster diversity, equity and inclusion as they journey through their lives and work.
BOSS Moves, Inc. is a consulting company that provides help to small businesses in Sasstopia. The Leading to Make an Impact with BOSS Moves, Inc. is a set of lessons focused on learning the importance of transformational leadership skills and entrepreneurship as they journey through the process of starting their own business or having a strong foundation to grow within their careers.
The Women Igniting Leadership & Diversity Council, aka the WILD Council, are a group of female entrepreneurs and business owners located in downtown Sasstopia. Social InnovateHER with the WILD Council is a set of lessons focused on how young people can create social change through social innovation.

Eligibility: 14+
Program includes 4 topic areas and 19 lessons
Between sessions, students will have access to online community to share updates, connect with one another and obtain useful resources.
Students that participate in the full Social InnovateHER program receive:
Social InnovateHER interactive workbook activities for each lesson
Welcome Letter
Social InnovateHER Stationery (including notebook and stickers)
Certificate of Completion (upon successful completion of program)
Parent or legal guardian approval, contact information and signature required for all student applications.
